When her parents’ marriage ended, she and her brother moved to Los Angeles to live with their grandmother, a retired nurse. In that quieter, steadier household she finally experienced what safety and calm could feel like.

That same instinct for order and care shaped her professional life. Rhonda built a career as a healthcare executive, learning firsthand how systems either protect the people inside them or, just as easily, fail them completely.
